Q: What is the lead time?

Samples take 7-10 days, bulk orders 25-35 days depending on style complexity and quantity. Rush orders can be arranged.

Q: What customization options do you offer?

We support custom design (ODM), sample production (OEM), and private labeling. Customizable options include fabric, prints, sizing, labels, and packaging.

Q: What certifications do your products have?

Products are certified by INTERTEK. Fabrics meet OEKO-TEX standards, some products pass SGS testing. We can obtain specific certifications per client requirements.

Q: How do I get samples?

Existing samples are free (shipping at buyer's cost). Custom sampling fees are quoted based on design complexity and refunded with bulk orders.

Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit?

Our factory is in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province, China. Factory visits are welcome by appointment. We also offer virtual VR factory tours.

Q: What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, and L/C. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

Q: Can you handle small orders for e-commerce sellers?

Yes! We offer flexible small-batch solutions for cross-border e-commerce sellers. Some in-stock styles ship from 1 piece.
