The Challenge
Beach Vibes Co., a growing resort fashion brand based in Miami, wanted to add a swimwear line to their collection. They needed a reliable manufacturing partner who could deliver high-quality bikinis with custom prints and quick turnaround.
Our Solution
We assigned a dedicated project manager and design team to work closely with Beach Vibes. Starting with their mood boards and sketches, we developed 12 unique styles across bikini, one-piece, and cover-up categories. Our digital printing technology ensured vibrant, fade-resistant tropical patterns.
The Process
- Week 1-2: Design consultation and fabric selection
- Week 3: First samples produced and shipped
- Week 4: Revisions and final approval
- Week 5-8: Bulk production (2,400 pieces total)
- Week 9: Quality inspection and shipping
Results
All 12 styles were delivered on schedule. The collection launched successfully in Miami boutiques and online, achieving a 95% sell-through rate in the first season. Beach Vibes has since placed repeat orders for three consecutive seasons.
